A few words about me
Hi, my name is Václav Balvín. I work as an operating theatre orderly, where every day I'm close to people at moments when it really matters. This job has taught me responsibility, empathy and that helping others has real meaning.
In my free time I do sport, I'm into combat sports and I'm interested in politics and what's going on around me. I'm not the kind of person who just criticises. When something doesn't work, what interests me most is how to change it for the better.
The topics close to me are transport and safety in Prague. Traffic jams, badly set traffic lights, parking or places where people don't feel safe are problems that, in my view, need practical and functional solutions.
I believe politics should be mainly about people, responsibility and results you can see in everyday life.
