Main topics

01

young people

Prague 3 should be a city district where young people want to stay, live, work and do business. I want to strengthen young people's involvement in decision-making through regular consultations and participatory projects, support the creation of spaces for student and community activities, and develop programmes focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship and working with modern technologies. I'll support cooperation with schools, universities and local organisations so that Prague 3 is a place where young people can more easily develop their ideas and take an active part in the life of the district. We'll set up a youth commission and push for an advisory position for a young person right in the mayor's office.

02

IT and AI in city administration

The town hall should work as simply as modern online services. I want to digitalise communication with residents, simplify submitting applications and use artificial intelligence where it saves time for officials and residents alike — for example, when finding your way around the district's services or handling common queries. I also want to develop open data, so that it's easier to keep an eye on the city's finances and create new services for residents. Technology isn't meant to replace people, but to help them and make public administration faster, clearer and more accessible.

03

jobs and business

Prague 3 should be a good place to do business — from small shops and cafés to start-ups, creative industries and sole traders. I want to simplify communication between business owners and the town hall, shorten administrative processes and create predictable conditions for doing business. I'll support using vacant premises for new entrepreneurs, connecting local companies with schools and developing business communities. I believe a strong local economy means livelier streets, more job opportunities and better services for residents. The town hall should be a partner that helps, not an obstacle.

A few words about me

I'm an entrepreneur and innovator, and for a long time I've been working on how technology and education can help people make better decisions. I co-founded the organisation Nekrachni (Not Broke), where together with the team we're changing how young people see financial education and creating tools that help them gain more control over their own future.

Alongside the non-profit sector, I run a business in digital technologies, marketing and artificial intelligence. I enjoy finding new ways to simplify complex processes and bring innovation into everyday practice. I believe technology should save people time, open up new opportunities and make public services more accessible.

In 2025/26 I represented Czechia as a UN Youth Delegate, where I focused on business, innovation and involving young people in public life. Through this experience I learned that many of the challenges we face at home are also being tackled by cities and countries all over the world — and that we can learn a lot from each other.

Sport has shaped me since childhood. For ten years I played competitive curling and represented the Czech Republic at international competitions. It taught me discipline, teamwork and that long-term results don't happen overnight.

In my free time I like travelling, getting to know new cities and thinking about how to create an environment where people enjoy living, working and doing business. I believe the biggest changes happen when the courage to come up with new ideas, openness towards others and a willingness to actually see things through come together.
