01

Build high and fast

Prague's housing crisis is caused by many factors and the solution isn't simple, but it definitely won't work without fast and, above all, efficient construction. As an outlying district, Prague 14 has the potential to grow in a way that creates efficient neighbourhoods with amenities that also help solve this crisis. Upwards, with active ground floors and amenities. UPZONE UPZONE UPZONE

02

Build smart and modern

Height and density only work when a city's ground level is pleasant. That's the main lesson of Danish urbanism, which inspires me and is why I travel to Copenhagen regularly. I want shops and services on the ground floor instead of boarded-up shop windows, rows of trees and rainwater management instead of asphalt lagoons, spaces designed by an architect and not from a catalogue. And above all a budget for maintenance, not just for ribbon-cutting ceremonies.

03

Travel safely and efficiently

As my favourite urban planner and economist Alain Bertaud says: “the point of transport isn't to travel fast, but to get as far as possible in a reasonable time — the number of jobs reachable within 30–45 minutes is the best measure of a city's quality” So I want to develop links from Prague 14 to the centre, but also to the neighbouring city districts, and of course transport connections within the district itself. It doesn't matter whether you get around on foot, by train, by car or by bike, as long as you get where you need to go on time. PS: Stop parking minimums

A few words about me

I study law at the Faculty of Law of Univerzita Karlova, and I also have a bachelor's degree in political science and public policy. I gained practical experience at two law firms, where I worked on contracts, legal research and preparing filings in commercial, employment and criminal law.

Since 2022 I've been active in Prague 14 as a member of the commission for territorial development and public space and the Local Agenda 21 commission. I've long been interested in affordable housing and in involving the public in decisions about how the neighbourhood develops.

In 2025 I received the František Ladislav Rieger Prize, awarded by the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, for research work in the field of parliamentarism.

In my free time I play football and like discovering good restaurants.
