IT and AI in city administration

Here in Nymburk, we're coming up with the idea of basing politics on data. It doesn't sound the sexiest, but we simply want to build on comparing municipalities using available data and focus on where our town is falling behind. Only that way will we create a good town to live in, where residents will enjoy spending time in the streets and among people.

02

greenery

I feel that focusing on greenery in a planned way, with careful thought and after discussion, is mostly a rarity in today's world of local politics. I'd like to push for a greenery plan in the context of the whole town, create protective belts in places with heavy pollution and so ensure a pleasant environment, above all for future generations, given the major warming.

03

young people

I'd like to get young people involved in public life. Nymburk has lots of groups, associations and communities that are active in the town, organise events and opportunities for residents to spend their free time in town. I'd like to support all these active residents through the town as much as possible, because their value is currently underappreciated and the value they bring the town through their voluntary work is incalculable.

A few words about me

I've lived in Nymburk since birth and I've been actively involved in local politics since I was 18. I feel the time has finally come to throw myself into it completely. In our local branch, I won the support of my great colleagues for chairing our local organisation and for the position of leader in the elections and candidate for mayor.

I'm a graduate of the Nymburk grammar school and of the Faculty of Social Sciences at UK, and I'm in the 5th year of law school in Prague. It's actually school that now gives me the chance to focus on new activities, since in my final year I only have my state exams and thesis defence left. And given the larger amount of free time, I've decided I'd like to devote it to my town.
