Running for STAN
Regular events like neighbourhood barbecues in the park (or events of another kind) are currently missing. Ideally also informally with representatives of the city district (councillors, board members, the mayor) – a great opportunity for an informal chat and getting to know each other.
It would be great to have the city district's own cultural space in Střížkov/Prosek for holding various events (whether cultural or educational). The goal is to find or build a suitable space (e.g. a theatre hall) and see this project through to the end.
I'm a student at the Faculty of Science of Charles University and at the same time a teacher at the gymnasium where I studied for 8 years and did my school-leaving exams. In my free time I lead art and drama clubs and I'm a Scout instructor. I enjoy almost everything connected with music (playing the piano, cello, guitar, accordion, singing, conducting, dancing, ...) and I like doing sport with friends or otherwise spending time with them. I'm running because I believe young people should take a deliberate interest in politics and aim to get into it. And how else are we supposed to learn it than by doing?
