Where they disagree

Statements from the election calculator on which the people on stage differ the most — based on their own answers (3 of 4 answered).

  1. City governance and participation

The City Office should fully take over the organisation and administration of the participatory budget, even if it meant more bureaucracy and less influence for local people over decisions.

  2. City governance and participation

Pardubice should abolish its city districts and their small city halls in order to save money and simplify the city's administration, at the expense of suppressing the influence of local administration.

  3. Urban development

Pardubice should significantly increase spending on measures against drought and summer heat (especially in the city centre), even if it had to cut other investments because of it.

  4. Education

Pardubice should support municipal childcare groups, parent-and-child centres and day camps so that there are enough places for children outside regular nursery schools too, even at the cost of relatively high costs and an uncertain return in the future.
