Střekov - the dead embankment on the Elbe

Thanks to a historical lack of interest, we've let our biggest opportunity slip away – the Ústí embankment on the Střekov side. There are no negotiations between Povodí Labe and AOPK about where and how we could build a good space for relaxation, sport and fun. Even though we've been looking at it for years and complaining that nothing decent is happening there.

02

Munipolis - a way to improve our surroundings.

For 4 years now I've been drumming it into people to start using the Munipolis app and to watch how the municipal office responds to it. And if it doesn't respond, how to proceed further, so that Střekov doesn't look as if we can't even afford a lawnmower.

03

THE CITY STATUTE IS JUST A BYLAW

Systematically change responsibility for road repairs. So far it's the responsibility of the transport and property department at the city hall, but it can't keep up, and when it does, it follows this motto: It can be done well or it can be done fast. Which is the sad reality.

A few words about me

I'm from Ústí nad Labem - Klíše and I currently live in Střekov, where I've had my first term of office as a councillor. I spent 5 years at university and trying out my first business in Brno, which I still draw inspiration from. I make my living managing two branches of a family company. I'm in charge of two teams, one younger and one older. And thanks to working with people from both groups, I can focus a bit on what bothers people of working age.
