housing

Setting up or building new municipal flats – it's no secret that Teplice has a severely undersized municipal housing stock, no homeless shelter and relatively many people in housing need. To get slightly above the average of similarly sized towns in the area, this housing stock needs to be increased by about 200 housing units. Even if it isn't a task for a single term of office, it would be good to start on it as soon as possible. In the absence of a homeless shelter, these new starter flats would be suitable for single mothers in distress, for young families with children, but also for people who have ended up on the street but who want and are willing to return to normal life.

02

transport

Getting through town is getting worse and worse every year because of excavation works. The town doesn't own all the roads and the work on them is mostly carried out by private companies, so the town's options are limited. Nevertheless, there are a few ways to minimise the problem – for example, setting conditions in the permit decision, e.g. on work at weekends or two-shift operation.

03

sport

The town still lacks a municipal outdoor swimming pool. Given current project prices and the cost of buying the land in the Zámecká zahrada, we lean towards building a new pool on the site of the former municipal swimming pool.

A few words about me

Born in Most, I've lived in Teplice-Trnovany all my life, and I earn my living as a grammar school teacher, a shop assistant and a football referee and official. The reason for my candidacy was to draw attention to the problems of Teplice; the current leadership is definitely not dealing with them sufficiently.
