Main topics

01

environment

I want Teplice to work better with water, greenery, energy and waste. Where possible, we should retain rainwater and use it directly in the town, and adapt greenery to the changing climate. For municipal buildings, I want to support energy savings and renewable sources where they make economic and technical sense. At the same time, we must handle waste efficiently and prepare the town in time for future changes in waste management, so that the system remains functional and economically sustainable.

02

budget and finances

The town should manage its finances as responsibly as a good steward, without taking on unnecessary debt or spending on things it doesn't need. In good years it should build up reserves and then use them for meaningful and sustainable long-term investments. For every larger project, we should look not only at its purchase price but also at its future operating costs and its real benefit for the town.

03

young people, education and sport

Young people are the future of Teplice and it makes sense to invest in them. I like a simple idea: the town helps young people and young people then help the town. That's why I want to keep developing the scholarship programme, which can help young people with their studies and at the same time motivate them to one day use their knowledge and experience right here in Teplice. Sport is also important to me. It helps us stay healthy, gives children and young people a meaningful way to spend their free time and, above all, brings people together. That's why it makes sense to support sports clubs, youth work and sports facilities accessible to the general public.

A few words about me

I was born in Teplice and I've been active in local politics since I was 22. Together with tennis, horse riding and travelling, politics is one of my hobbies, and I'm glad I have the opportunity to be actively involved in it. Professionally, I work in the environmental field with a focus on renewable sources, which is also the topic of my doctoral studies at the Faculty of Environmental Sciences of ČZU in Prague.

I'm running because it makes sense to me to devote part of my time to the town where I grew up and live. I don't want to promise that the town will solve everything. I want Teplice to manage its finances well, invest sensibly and be able to make use of new technologies and the experience of younger generations. At the same time, I'd like young people to have a reason to stay in Teplice, come back here and get involved in the life of the town.
