01

transport

I'd like to support public transport in Prague first and foremost. Better-functioning public transport would result in fewer drivers, therefore fewer cars, therefore fewer traffic jams. At the same time, I'm in favour of restricting car access to the centre of Prague.

02

social services

One of the problems Prague deals with most often is homelessness. We already know from the past that homelessness is relatively easy to solve and that solving it would even be cheaper than the current situation. Past experiments have already shown that most homeless people who are given housing and help from social workers in finding a job and reintegrating into society are able to reintegrate. This will help reduce crime, the burden on the police, etc.

03

Municipal flats

Following on from the priority of social policy, it would be good to follow up with the construction of municipal flats. Prague currently has a little over 7,000 of them and hasn't built a single one during this electoral term. I want to change that. Building new flats would help not only with social issues, but would also provide competition to developers and to the absurdly expensive housing in Prague.

A few words about me

I'm from Prague and I've lived here all my life. I studied IT at Prosek. Now I work as a consultant. Back at secondary school I was already trying to improve things through the school parliament, and outside it too. I achieved a few small successes and I enjoyed making life better for myself and others, so I want to carry on.
