Main topics

01

budget and finances

Raising money for the budget by demanding war reparations from Tábor for the Hussite Wars. At the beginning of 1420 the Hussites burned down Sezimovo Ústí and then founded Tábor as a so-called "better alternative", and no apology or compensation ever came. After more than 600 years, this injustice must be put right.

02

public space

We will make getting around Sezimovo Ústí better and cheaper by locally abolishing gravity. People will then be able to freely fly and levitate around town instead of using inefficient and dangerous cars, or even walking. Most of all, though, this change will help citizens with various mobility limitations. They will be able to become full citizens again and enjoy life to the fullest.

03

IT and AI in city administration

Our town needs to improve the reach and speed of delivery services so that our citizens have fewer reasons to leave their homes and socialise. This goes hand in hand with expanding the network of parcel lockers. Every building should have its own parcel locker, ideally several lockers from several operators, so that the need to go outside in our town, and with it unnecessary socialising, is reduced. Digitalisation and IT in the town's administration are very important, but a clear line has to be drawn when it comes to artificial intelligence. Even antisocials are against AI, because nobody can antisocialise as well as we can, not even AI. And we won't let AI take our work or trample on it.

A few words about me

I'm a student from "Sezimák", more precisely from the part called Paďousy. I'm 19, I graduated from the better gymnasium in Tábor (those who know, know) and now I'm off to uni in the village of Brno. For an incomprehensible reason that involves way too much obscure lore (which I'll spare you), I call myself Buglej Děda. Besides an interest in politics at all levels, from national right down to the local kind (who would have thought that someone running in an election is interested in politics), my interests include photography, social drinking of alcohol-based beverages (not to be confused with alcoholism), history (not just World War II), ballroom dancing (yes, it's a sport and I'm not going to argue about it), reading books and comics, watching series (from undoubtedly legal sources), scrolling Instagram (read: researching internet cultures), or making a retard of myself in public (my candidacy kind of counts too). You can expect from me unconventional solutions to anything, trolling of anything important, procrastination, corruption (if someone wants to bribe me), philosophising about the immortality of the cockchafer and plenty of other unforgettable experiences that will make you start following local politics in Sezimák! So see you in October at the elections, which you should definitely go to, even if by some chance you don't want to vote for me (an incomprehensible decision). Peace out.
