More support for schools and education
Primary school head teachers have a free hand in many respects as to the specific direction their school will take under their leadership. Often, however, they are unable to take individual steps without effective support, especially from their founder, i.e. the town. The town should therefore maintain closer cooperation with school management to help make teaching and school administration more effective. Head teachers should be supported as much as possible in their efforts to improve school facilities and thereby further support their pupils' efforts to learn. The founder should help especially with connecting schools with practice and with handling extensive education legislation. As part of connecting schools with practice, the town should also cooperate with secondary schools, even though their founder is the region.
