Main topics

01

Communication with citizens

A municipality shouldn't work in a way where people only find out about important things once they're already done. We want to inform people regularly, use modern ways of communicating, make full use of the Munipolis app, hold regular meetings with residents and, on important topics, find out residents' views through polls or online questionnaires. Open and timely communication is the basis of trust between a municipality and its residents. Listening doesn't mean promising everyone everything. It means giving people the chance to express their opinion, explaining the reasons for decisions and deciding openly.

02

Environment

Caring for the landscape isn't just about planting trees. It's above all about how we manage water and how we look after public space. We want to support measures that help retain rainwater in the landscape and limit unnecessary runoff. We'll focus on planting new trees and shrubs in suitable places, restoring and creating flower meadows instead of large, regularly mown lawns, and using nature-based solutions when redesigning public spaces. Where possible, we'll work towards making better use of rainwater, for example for watering municipal greenery. We want to pay the same attention to protecting farmland, good-quality care of public greenery and supporting waste sorting. Every such step will help make our municipality greener, more resilient

03

The school as a centre of education

Our primary school and nursery school is the heart of the municipality. We want to create the best possible conditions for good-quality education, children's development and the work of its staff. As the school's founder, we'll fulfil our duties responsibly — looking after the buildings, equipment and the school's financial security. At the same time, we want to respect the professional work of the school's management and teachers and not interfere in areas that belong to them. Where the municipality has responsibility as founder, on the other hand, we'll be active, open and ready to look for solutions.

A few words about me

I've lived in Dobříkov all my life, and that's not the only reason I care about what life is like here. I study law and legal science at Univerzita Palackého in Olomouc, where I'm involved in the Streetlaw programme — we help spread awareness of the law and teach primary and secondary school pupils all over Czechia. For a long time I've been tutoring children and students and preparing them for entrance and school-leaving exams. I lead a group of young people with whom I debate politics and economics. I'm self-employed in marketing and social media management. In the municipality I want to make use of my experience in communication and management, and in law too.
