Main topics

01

culture

Culture is one of the most important pillars of life in smaller municipalities. It's not just about the events themselves, but above all about a space where local people can meet, build relationships and spend time together. My goal is to support a lively community space that naturally brings people together. From my own experience founding and organising the farmers' market in Hlubočky and carrying out projects such as community tree planting, I see what enormous value there is in creating opportunities for different generations to meet.

02

young people

Small municipalities and the countryside have long struggled with young people leaving for big cities. I consider it key to create opportunities and facilities for them that will keep them in the countryside and give them room for self-fulfilment. Thanks to my work as a youth community worker and my role on an MŠMT advisory body, I know how important it is to actively involve the young generation in the development of the municipality. I want to push for initiatives that show young people they have a future in the region too, that they can spend their time meaningfully here, carry out their own ideas and take part in public life.

03

IT and AI in city administration

In the 21st century, public administration in smaller municipalities has to keep up with the times too. I want a "Smart office" where citizens don't have to travel to the other side of the municipality just to pay a fee or deal with basic paperwork. I want to push for digitalisation and efficient management of the municipality, making use of grant opportunities. That way we can save the municipal budget, for example by bringing in renewable energy sources or a shared e-mobility scheme. A shared electric car could primarily serve the municipal office, but when it's not being used, local people could borrow it – for example young people who can't yet afford a car of their own.

A few words about me

I'm an active student who cares about the community around me. My long-term goal is to develop our region so that people see a future in it and an opportunity for self-fulfilment. I've been interested in public affairs for a long time – at 18 I ran in municipal elections for the first time, and around the same time I founded a farmers' market in Hlubočky to support local producers and create a new place for neighbours to meet. I enjoy creating projects that have a visible and tangible impact – whether it's community events, celebrations of democratic anniversaries or bringing public space to life. I'm also a youth representative on an MŠMT advisory panel and a community worker. I've also worked in PR, which helped me make the voice of active secondary school students heard at the national level. Experience in project management, media communication and practice in manufacturing companies has taught me to look for effective solutions and connect people. I'm looking for new ways to bring our community to life, and I'm convinced that even a smaller municipality can do big things.
